Appraisal Mangement QC Reporting

Interagency quality control standards state that 10% of appraisals are to be be reviewed for compliance purposes by using Desk Review, AVM, Field Review, or BTO.

Quality Mortgage Services has joined technologies with its proprietary software Mortgage Analysis Review Software (MARS) and Appraisal Management Software (AMS) in order to bring the interagency appraisal compliance to full term by producing appraisal management quality control reports for investors and agencies. Those banks and compliance managers who need a solid mortgage compliance advisor on interagency guidelines as per mortgage lending and collateral and depend on ADDP as the mortgage banker advisor for collateral compliance in interagency requirements.

Interagency Appraisal QC Reports include:

  • Mortgage Production Report Summary
  • Loan Rating
  • Loan Summary
  • Mortgage File "Player Association"
  • Appraisal Finding
  • Appraiser Rotation Report
  • Appraiser Rotation Production Report (Number & Percentages)
  • Appraiser Equal Opportunity (Minority Percentages)
  • Appraiser Rotation Production Report Year-to-Date (Number & Percentages)
  • Appraisal Grading (Green, Blue, Amber, Red)
  • Red Flags
  • Appraisal Scoring with ADDP
  • Appraiser Trending with ADDP

Most AMCs say they are in compliance but they cannot perform risk valuation that underwriters need for an appraisal. What makes Quality Mortgage Services different as a mortgage banker advisor and a mortgage compliance advisor from others is that the appraisal QC review is evaluated and provides in a report that QC managers or underwriters need to link fraud, misrepresentation as well as appraisal defects with a documented appraisal risk QC report provided by ADDP.
