Quality Mortgage Services’ steady growth affords the opportunity to bring on-board qualified Quality Assurance Auditors and mortgage QC professionals with experiences in underwriting, and Mortgage Quality Control Manager. Qualified personnel whose knowledge base takes them beyond a check list method need to apply because we prefer mortgage auditors who know how to analyze in depth and detect mortgage fraud. Currently, QMS is accepting applicants at it corporate office in Brentwood, TN and giving veteran preferences. Quality Mortgage Services takes pride in the fact that we are able to accommodate our employees with cutting edge web based software called Mortgage Analytical Review Software (MARS). An initial indoctrination period is required in order to become familiar with our processes and procedures.

Qualified applicants need to submit a résumé with 5 references. The references need to be qualified in the mortgage industry and knowledgeable of mortgage quality assurance performance measurements. The cover letter needs to be an essay discussing at least 3 examples of past work history where mortgage fraud was uncovered or detected as a result of mortgage due diligence in your job. Be sure to explain what measures and detection methods were in place to discover the mortgage fraud, what actions were taken to validate the discovery, and what reporting actions were made.
