Field Review Appraisal
Field Review Appraisal is known as the FNMA 2000 which is an appraiser assessing another appraiser’s work on an existing Full Residential Appraisal. The Field Review Appraisal is what many lenders use to detect errors on an existing Full Residential Appraisal that may include agency errors, over inflation of properties, and fraud. The Field Review Appraisal is used by mortgage quality control companies, compliance departments of lending and financial institutions. Field Review Appraisals are sometimes used in mortgage investigations and legal pursuant in mortgage fraud.

Exterior Inspection
Exterior Inspection of Comparable Properties
Photos of the all sides of the Subject Property
Photos of the Comparable Properties
Statement indicating the value supporting the data or revised data supporting a more accurate value estimate of the effective date of the original appraisal
