Quality Mortgage Services has enhanced its leadership position in the appraisal industry by joining forces with Appraisal Management Software (AMS) and Mortgage Analysis Software (MARS).  QMS empowers mortgage operations and QC managers to meet all requirements of the HVCC including Section VI.  By utilizing data mining results provided by Quality Mortgage Services’ Mortgage Analysis Review Software (MARS),  QMS has the ability to search appraisers across the United States who were associated with high risk loans.  The MARS database equips the appraisal assignment teams with the results of loan risk ratings from Quality Mortgage Services’ post closing quality control and quality assurance reviews and audits.

Quality Mortgage Services, a full service mortgage quality control and quality assurance company, performs the compliance reviews on appraisals as required by Section VI of the HVCC.  The HVCC Section VI Reports are provided to agencies and investors in order to fulfill the HVCC Quality Control Plan.

Even though all appraisers are vetted during initial setup, Quality Mortgage Services continues to place its appraisers through the vetting process and comparing the appraiser’s work with the results from post closing compliance reviews in order to maintain high lending and mortgage compliance practices.
