About Quality Mortgage ServicesSince it's inception in 1992, Quality Mortgage Services, LLC was founded on a very solid knowledge base. Founder, Thomas Duncan, spent many years in Washington DC with the HUD/FHA Monitoring Division and the Office of Lender Activities and Interstate Land Sales. The last 12 years of his federal career were spent as a HUD/FHA Monitoring Representative where he performed literally hundreds of compliance audits throughout the United States. It soon became very obvious that there was a significant industry-wide need for qualified quality assurance personnel. Quality Mortgage Services was created to fill that industry void and Quality Mortgage Services quickly became recognized as a leader in the mortgage quality control and mortgage quality assurance. Today, Quality Mortgage Services is a nationwide company providing mortgage compliance solutions from the smallest mortgage operations to some of the largest mortgage names. We stay abreast of continually changing mortgage guidelines from Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHA, and , through monthly updates, seminars, bulletins, and correspondence. This ensures that QMS's auditors are provided with the most up-to-date tools in which to conduct thorough mortgage compliance reviews.
