MERS® Quality Control Audit Reviews

Quality Mortgage Services, LLC offers our clients a specialized audit which targets information reported to Mortgage Electronic Registration System (MERS®).

Our audit compares the information contained in MERS® and the servicing system. In addition to the system comparison, QMS will review the Note and security instrument to ensure that information reported is accurate.

The MERS® audit includes a data integrity review and validation of information reported in the registration of MOM and Non-MOM loans; Lien Releases, Reconveyances or Discharges; Assumptions, Modifications and Subordinations; Foreclosure and Transfers. We audit what is reported in MERS® and that the documents were prepared and processed according to agency and jurisdictional requirements.
